Cover Art (Archimedes, TKOP, Gargoyle and JOARG) · 7:15pm Oct 18th, 2016
Hi, all!
Just wanted to post this as a question to you all. I'm thinking of re-doing the cover art for Archimedes, The Kobold of Ponyville, Gargoyle and Journal of a Royal Guard.
However, I don't know if I want to do them myself or get them commissioned. The problem is I don't have a lot of cash to do one for each of these stories, and doing them myself might take a bit of time. But the end result is probably me drawing them out.
The question to you guys is this.
What do you want the covers to be/contain?
I already have an idea of what they will have. I want Archimedes to naturally have Archimedes on it with maybe one or two other characters, Kobold to have Tak as well as Fluttershy and maybe some others, Gargoyle to have Vault and possible Crystal. And Journal to have Copper Hand by himself or with others. So by going with those sorta lines, what do you guys suggest each cover should have? I'm honestly curious to hear what you have to say (as well as if I should get them commissioned or done as fanart, I like fanart).
Oh and if anyone suggests a new cover idea for The Adventures of Damon Lipton I will murder you I fucking love that cover and it ain't changing, sister!

It hardly seems necessary for the 1st two. Kobold has Tak in its cover art doesn't it? And Archimedes's cover art is a lovely piece of work, Tia and the batpone look so cheeky, and Archimedes himself looks so... wide-eyed and guileless. It's sweet.
I don't think either cover art needs updating, unless you intend to have Tak wear a Crusader Cape.
Quick Question: is Journal of a Royal Guard permanently hiatus?

No, I went back to it a while back to try and ease back into writing but real life stuff just prevented me from properly getting back into writing for any of my things. However, slowly but surely I am working on the next part and am trying to get it out either on Halloween or November the 1st. However, with Skyrim being launched tomorrow... who knows eh?
