Dumb EQD submissions rant/vent · 2:18pm Sep 9th, 2016
My stories are good, good enough to be posted on their dumb site, but they keep finding a comma out of place or the word count too low. WTF, it's supposed to be a site where the hopeful can fulfill their dreams of having a story posted.
Instead, I submit a story (Goodnight Moon) that is too short and 'couldn't possibly immerse a reader in such a short time.'
Did they even read it?! It's a total tear jerker and great enough to make anyone pout thinking about it. 20/3 is a great ratio for a story, BTW.
The last paragraph should have its own fandom!

I know I'm not exactly right but sheesh, cut me some slack, EQD, I'm doing all I can and it's never enough, it seems.
Don't forget there lots of other writers out there too..... and that's kind of a sadder darker story....
Not really what there looking for.
