The Continuation of Earth Ponies Are Overpowered

I was re-reading and revising the final chapter of "Earth Ponies Are Overpowered," but I found that I didn't really want to change much. All I ended up doing is adding a few lines to Pinkie's dialogue to make her a bit less serious. If you're curious, you can read it here. The changes are just after “Pinkie Pie, is there something you'd like to tell us?” and then you can skip down to where it says "She inhaled deeply."

And I started to write an epilogue, but then I wondered if I should just make the epilogue the first chapter of the sequel. I'd appreciate your thoughts, and thanks for the feedback on my plot bunnies last time.

That's a solid 'maybe.' I think it's not a bad idea, but if you reference too many things from Earth Ponies without explanation, people who come new to the story might feel a bit lost. If you do, I recommend posting both the epilogue and the first proper chapter of the story at the same time. Otherwise, I see no problem.
