    Words in print

Recently, I've been asked for permission by Avonder to include Whom The Princesses Would Destroy... in a story anthology he's putting together. I'm not one for hoarding words and I gave it quite, quite gladly.

    You'll find it here.

    Now(TM) with Travel Advice

I'm safely ensconced in my hotel room in Ludwigsburg. Hope to meet at least some of you. To increase the odds of this happening, I offer the following advice:

    Soon(TM)

I will be flying to Galacon 2018 in under twelve hours and I expect I will be safely in Ludwigsburg within 24 hours. I will be hard to contact during this period, though I think I've acquired a method of fool-proof Internet access no matter where I am (aside from six miles straight up, of course).

Hope to see many of you soon!

    Happy July 20th!

...or July 21st, depending on your timezone.

49 years ago the first manned Moon landing was accomplished. It is one of my favorite moments in history (To learn about my favorite you may have to wait for December the 9th), and to celebrate I've re-edited Hoofprints to be a little less... ah, draft-y.

Quicker still Ghost update with important signal boost · 1:19am Aug 12th, 2016

(That's right! A signal boost! Free of charge, too!)

I'm much better than I was. I will try to be a less terrible correspondent in the future, but since I have a storm of e-mail to deal with... um...

...sorry. I'm terrible.

Anyway! Important things! JediMasterEd (who is amazing) has a great idea, or at least the beginnings of one, in his new blogpost. You should all go read it.

Right. Since, doubtless, someone hasn't (I know it was you. Well. Dotted knows. He knows these things. I ain't saying you are being watched but... that shirt does not go with those shoes. Anyway.) let me summarize. Patton Oswalt (who gave us one of the more interesting new characters in an episode that could have so easily been terrible, but wasn't and who is generally an incredibly funny man) tragically lost his wife this April and JediMasterEd thought that it is possible that the huge engine for decreasing worldbad and increasing worldgood[1] known as bronydom might be able to do something to make this terrible, terrible thing slightly less terrible. I would invite everyone to go and read JediMasterEd's post and say your piece in the comments, regarding whether you think it should be done and how.

I may try to writer shorter more impulsive blog posts here for a while if you all don't mind since I'm trying to get myself back in the habit of writing things. My illness wrecked havoc on... on everything, really.

[1] I'm a writer, me.

The world is a terrible place to live, but it's all we've got. You have my vote.

Thank you Ghost. I've tried to find some mention of a preferred charity for donations, but there doesn't seem to be any as yet. I'll keep looking.

I'll throw some coin when it's set up

Glad to hear you're doing better!

Shorter, impulsive blog posts are good. Any writing from you is good, really. It's just good to have to feeling better and I'm excited to, metaphorically speaking, see you get back on that horse.
