So, 4 months and absolutely no sign of an update warrants some explanation. Here we go...
Long story short, nothing major happened past 4 months. I wasn't hospitalized, I didn't lose my job or house and I definitely did not lose interest in fan fiction, MLP or internet as a whole. That's not saying it was perfect, far from it. I don't want to make excuses, but I can't rightly say I was able to find time (my job is getting busier and busier) or inspiration to write. Right now, for example, I'm having a ton of spare time which I could dedicate to writing, but I'm so sleepy and tired I can't possibly do that and I've been feeling that way almost every time I tried to write something. I had writers block before, but this one doesn't quite take the cake- it takes the whole bakery, with walls, doors, workers and even the stale, underpriced cookies that nobody bought for three days but we can't possibly throw them away... what was I talking about again?
tl;dr - I'm trying to get things going again and I will keep on trying. And I hope that when I finally get over my "whatever you call this thing I'm having", you will all be rewarded for your patience.
