3942193 3942761 I'm not entirely sure what to think. It's hard to say for sure what is and isn't fact because the truth is we as outsiders don't have the whole story. As someone who works in production myself, I can tell you that there's always more going on that we as the audience are unaware of, and it's more than likely there were several other variables to be taken into account when RT made their decisions to change the RWBY workflow and to let Shane go.

Regardless of how much of what Shane said is true, my heart goes out to him and I hope he is able to recover from this and keep moving forward as I'm sure Monty would have wanted. But let's not be so hasty to vilify Rooster Teeth when we've only been given Shane's side of the story.
