Sadly, we are all vulnerable and suffer through difficulties. The world isn't always such a nice place to live. Temptation is behind almost every corner, and the world expects us to remain silent when a "small" wrong is done or when we are told to compromise our beliefs.
Today, I was horrified to see a cover picture for a story on this website. In spite of the content of the picture, the story was visible as "teen" instead of mature, where even then it would not be acceptable. No doubt the erotic passions of the flesh arose from many who either saw the picture, read the story, or both. I admit, just seeing it, as well as horrifying me, tempted me as well.
The show that started in 2010 and continues today was not founded in order for sexual passions to arise. Quite the contrary. It was designed for us to enjoy seeing friendship at work, and for a cast of characters to do their daily part in the world... as well as provide, on occasion, comic relief. Unfortunately, over five years later, the fandom that started has so many stories of ill content that it is difficult to see the story for what it was made for and designed. Much art today, as well as many stories, invite bestiality, xenophilia, and homosexuality, degrading bodies and minds and causing many in the fandom to turn to wickedness, and for those outside of it to see us (sorrowfully, not always without reason) all not only as guys (or mostly guys) watching a girl's show (not that that really seems to bother me whatsoever anymore), but as those who want to do evil things with the innocuous characters depicted; characters who do their best to promote good qualities that true friends should have regarding one another and oneself, not the beastly things that many have written and created.
Some undoubtedly aren't going to listen, and some will undoubtedly criticize this blog post. Regardless, I, however much my fleshly, earthly desires my revolt against it, would rather stand with God and be counted guilty by the world than stand with the world and be counted guilty by God. I ask everyone to ask themselves what it was that drew them into the show in the first place, and whether or not that still has any effect on what they are creating here, and, if their view has changed, to ask themselves why.

I agree mate. Satan seems to grasp everything that isn't with God. And even though the show hasn't been twisted, the people who love it have. Anything that isn't for God, Satan will try his best to twist and sicken.
Though I do disagree with you on one thing, everyone in this world is guilty. We sin all the time, and all the while the cross screams guilty! But God will help us through this hard life, and into eternal life with Him.

Well my best friend at the time and her cousins, also members of my Youth Group introduced me to the show, stating that I was a lot like three of the characters, Rainbow, Twilight, and Luna.
Honestly there is another site for that crap, and this was one of my... concerns, about the automatic approval system letting something like this slip past. It should be marked with the proper genres and tag (M). While I have no issues with others and their heretical fantasies, I would like to see this offender punished for their heresy!

Well I got to agree with you on some of what you say, and I definitely agree with how twisted alot of the story's on fimfic, are, and how I greatly appreciate those who take there time to include the virtues of the show in there writing. Like with you in your story "The War of 1002
But I most ask, and you do not need respond, if you where displaced to that world and could not return home, or you where born there with other humans, would you fall in love with a pony?
