So, I had another birthday, as some of you might still remember. It was a pretty fun day, and the days that followed it were even better. Friends were really nice and I had a great time.

Then somebody had a bright idea.

Then somebody had a "bright" idea.

A guy you may or may not know (which would surprise me if you didn't because I've been that guy's bro for like three years now (he loves it when I say that)), had asked me if he could give me anything for my birthday as a gift. I told him, "Nah dude, I appreciate the offer, but you gotta conserve your energy for whatever the hell it is you do when 'farting around' isn't part of the activity."

However, he insisted after he had his said quote-on-quote "bright idea" to ship my favorite pony with a character that I just can't for the life of me stand.

Born was the concept of Octavia x Discord.

I told him there's no way in hell you are going to make me enjoy that. Like, dude, just don't even bother trying. No matter how many words you write, you won't make me laugh.

It took five words.

But then he still decided to actually write a full fic. The train had already departed, and the brakes had never been built-in. There was no stopping this madness. Or rather, the madman behind it.

Eleven days later, right on time for a day that will not happen again in four years, this happened:
