About the Train in War Machine

Equestria in my fic The War Machine is not technologically advanced like it is in the show, things like trains and another other self powered vehicle don't exist yet. Equestria uses magic to solve most of their problems.

3713842 yeah good point, though I think you should come up with a name for the den, even mining towns have names. Maybe when more people start settling and Adam sets up a good militia, he could ask Celestia to recognise the den as it's own city-state.

At the start of the show the train was pulled by Ponies. That's both incredibly stupid and dangerous. What if one of the Ponies trips and runs himself over? Anyhow...

A train that's pulled by Ponies is illogical. Such a machine would not be designed that way. They would not design a steam train engine, then pull it themselves. I know at the start of ANY show, they take a few episodes to find themselves both plot, character, and lore wise but a steamless steamtrain is just...no just no. Maaaaaybe if it was a situation where they ran out of water and had to pull the train the rest of the way but that's not shown in the episode so as lore goes, it doesn't count.

I'm fine with trains being removed from this story.
