So to those who enjoyed the story "Met Your Match", I have news for you: I do have a sequel plan. Notice how I didn't say "planned", since this is mostly going to be a long continuation for this verse... If I ever get to writing it, of course. Heh.

After her fateful battle with King Sombra, Pinkamena finds out that their battle was most certainly not their last.

Thing about this one, though? It's not going to be as serious. Not in some parts, anyway. I have small arcs planned out for this story, but this is mostly going to be a compilation of battles between them. Some of them will be serious. Some of them won't. Because, while this Pinkie is still a badass, she's still Pinkie Pie. Sorta.
And, unlike in MYM, I am not leaving Maud out in the cold (sorry bby, ilu). She's a big player in this story, alongside the other Pie Sisters who will be making appearances.
Poor Sombra thinks he only has two Pie Sisters to worry about, the fool. Then, there's Rainbow. Sombra blasted off her wing, you can bet she's gonna get in on beating him up alongside Pinkie and Maud. She deserves it.
Now, as for this incarnation of Sombra... He's a completely new thing I'm playing with. I have my Sombra that's portrayed in all of my works, but I'm taking this new AU as a chance for me to expand my horizons. Meaning, new backstory, new personality, new villain portrayal overall. And I'm imagining this Sombra being a lot more like Vegeta from TFS (with some mythological hints towards Hades, but that's just me).
Meaning, while he is a badass and can screw stuff up, he's still a little piss ant about stuff, too.
And, now, comes along what I keep seeing in the comments that makes me giddy... The SombraPie ship. Hooo, boy. Well, I'm not gonna lie and say I don't like love the idea of these two being a thing (I have over 20 stories dedicated to them in the regular timeline, heh). However, in order for these two to really work... There's gonna have to be a lot of development for the both of them (though let's be real, Sombra's the one that needs the most development, seeing as he's, you know, evil and all).
So, right now, everyone can just imagine angry make-out sessions instead of actual emotional contact and romantic development. Because they hate each other. A lot.

That was the first thing that came to mind.
But, in all seriousness, I figured Sombra (this version of him anyway) wouldn't really be interested in anything... carnal or romantic of the sort. Then, he meets Pinkie, and when things heat up during a fight, she just angrily kisses him and he's like, "WAIT A HOT SECOND, KISSING CAN BE ANGRY AND HATEFUL, WHY DIDN'T I KNOW THIS." Because the Empire is so full of love and stuff he's never considered things like that ever being done in a hateful way, haha.
Long time since I commented on anything. I have yet to read the other story, but I will soon! But, from I gathered from your newest idea, all I can say is...I love it, especially if you are having Sombra being similar to TFS Vegeta.
Oh, I can just imagine it now...Sombra insulting Pinkie Pie and trying to kill each other, only causing some strange heat between. I may or may not be thinking of a certain scene in TFS with Vegeta and Bulma, the power of my dirty mind has skyrocketed!
Anyway, I can't wait for this story and other stories you manage to spew out in the future.

As for this story, I think I know the scene you're talking about... ("F*** YOU!" "NO, F*** YOU!" "...My room. Ten minutes.") Pinkie is def the Bulma to Sombra's Vegeta. And I just remembered this scene right here:
Pinkie: YOU SAID YOU WERE WEARING PROTECTION!
Sombra: I WAS WEARING MY ARMOR.
Rainbow: WE KNOW, WE COULD HEAR YOU TWO.
Limestone: Look, sis, I don't know what you two did, but judging from what I heard, it must be worth putting up with this nonsense.
Maud: Nothing could be worth putting up with this.
Edit: There's this artist who does DBZ art, mostly Vegebul, and I cannot go through the art tag without seeing Pinkie and Sombra, omfg. You can look if you want.

THAT IS HILARIOUS. I actually had this one idea for Sombra having a birthday party (only to be crashed by Pinkie who's hiding in his cake, hehe), but I never considered who the planner would be. I think Cheese would just show up and be like, "Listen, I get you're not really on good terms with Equestria, but Cheesy Sense is Cheesy Sense, so let's get this party started."
...Which causes me to wonder if he'll see Pinkie in the middle of this fight scene between her and Sombra. He might end up liking her then, haha.
Though, in MYM (this isn't really a spoiler btw, so it's cool I tell you this), Pokey Pierce (another known Pinkie love interest) and Pinkie are friends with each other, though there is some implication that there used to be something between them. It's not a real BIG plot point, but it's there, and it's a part of that verse.

Pff, haha! That would be seriously funny! I can just imagine that when Pinkie pops out of the cake, Cheesy would gasp in horror, "WAIT! Mares aren't supposed to come out of that cake, but the super duper spectacular extravaganza RED VELVET cake! And, that isn't until the third act of this story!"
Pinkie Pie: DESTROY! *Pulls out cannon, starts shooting out velvet cakes and hitting Sombra multiple times in the face*

I am just having so much fun with this timeline, Pinkie Pie and Sombra hating one another and having intense passion filled with hatred, just automatically make me amused.

Their intense hatred gives me life. I can just imagine, though, after a night of aggressive passion, they're lying together and Pinkie's looking at Sombra's battle scars and whatnot, then asks, "Hey, where'd you get this?"

As for how PokeyPie started and ended.... Well, that's a funny story. They kinda always had a thing for each other, but Pokey messed things up by trying to be romantic and pick Pinkie up... Only he dropped her and the only thing he got that night a black eye from Maud. Pinkie has a scar on her left eyebrow from hitting the nightstand and she had a concussion for a couple days. Getting back together was not an option for her.
("How'd you get that scar?"

A part of me feels bad for Pokey, but another part of me feels like this is a real funny backstory to use. XD!

The derpibooru tags are pretty sparse for SombraPie, but I don't care, I keep checking everyday for new content. (Though there was this one time I forgot to check my filters and found some... less than appropriate pictures. I'm still in shock, I think.)
