Hey folks... hope you enjoyed the two latest UTM chapters!!!! 
The story continues to gain readers at a good clip, and just passed the 2000 read mark. I'm very gratified it's been received so well!
But that doesn't mean it can't be improved. In response to a couple comments on the latest chapter, I made some major additions and changes to Midnight's initial exchange with Sour Sweet. Her revenge is now less about the archery range and more about past treatment and Sour's personality flaws now (just like the rest), and I made sure to also incorporate more of her signature sweet-and-sour dialog. Give it another read and see what you think!
Starting work on Part 8... Lemon Zest should be ready for primetime by New Years! Midnight saved her for last because she's got a LOT to answer for... 
PS: In response to multiple prereader and commenter requests, there is going to be either a bonus chapter or one-shot side story describing what happened with the two Principals and Dean Cadance, only hinted at in the story so far. Be looking for it later!

krakenretcon!I am confused. I mean, What did Lemon Zest do? I mean in the movie all she really does is make Sci-Twi listen to some presumably bad music which isn't that major of an offence, Well that, And joining the other Shadowbolts on blackmailing Sci-Twi which is beside the point because Sci-Twi didn't punish the others because of that particular reason. So it begs the question, Why would she punish Lemon Zest? Because for me, she'd been the nicest, Well, As far as 'nicest' goes anyway, To Sci-Twi....

Like most of the Shadowbolts, It isn't so much about what she did in the movie as what she did before it. Indigo locked Twilight out of the showers naked. Sugarcoat's encouragement was always anything but. Sour Sweet regularly put her down--and, as you'll read in the modified new chapter, took advantage of her a couple times. Sunny Flare treated her like crap and played some kind of mean prank on her in retaliation for an imagined slight... with Lemon Zest's help.
You're going to find out exactly what the prank was and some of the other stuff Zesty has pulled over time on poor Twilight. She never did so meanly--in fact, she's the only one if the five who honestly wanted to help Twilight lighten up and experience new things, but her methods... were a little over-the-top. Beyond that... no spoilers.
3645924 Oh, Well when you put it like that it does makes perfect sense! Sorry for the confusion though i do wonder what Zesty had done to Twilight that is apparently bad enough to make Sci-Twi seek drastic vengeance ....
Damn you! Making me aimlessly wonder about what's gonna happen next in your awesome story!
