Yeah, it is a good idea to let a story sit for a day and then come back to it. I ended up making a few minor revisions that hopefully improve flow.
TL;DR - The first chapter of Antonovka has been submitted. It clocked in at just under 2700 words, which I know is awfully short, even for me, especially considering the idea has been kicking around my head for nearly 11 months.
Although the story has a general outline (so I know where it's going), I'm writing it as I go along. Still, I hope y'all enjoy the little bit I have ready for you.
And how/why it's different from Granny Smith story?
