Given that MLP got into the spirit of things this week, I figured I had to make a post as well.
Namely, making sure that everyone remembers the rules about trading Halloween candy, which are totally legit:
I hope everyone has a good one today; I'm being lame and holing up in my house (though I do have some candy for the nonexistent trick-or-treaters who won't show up which totally isn't just an excuse to buy myself candy).
If any of you are in the mood for such things, I did write a Nightmare Night themed story a couple years ago. I know many of you started following me long after that story's release, but I've always been amused by it. But then, I'm me.
Stay safe, and remember: no one has ever actually handed out poisoned candy.
Nobody has probably ever busted their head open by climbing up the slide on at the park, either. But when you're a parent you really don't want your kid to be the exception that proves the rule
