I still exist! And I still write silly pony stories sometime!
In particular, this one was inspired by "Made in Manehattan," which may be my favorite episode of the new season so far. However, instead of writing another Rarijack fic, I figured I'd go for a slightly different tack, and mess around with a skewed perspective on the events of the show. Which gives us By Process of Elimination. I'm also pulling from my own fic-canon as well (I Am Trying To Break Your Heart, in particular), attempting to kludge my canon and the official canon together without anyone noticing much of a difference. Well, once you get past the ponies swearing and drinking and making out sometimes, but I digress.
This new story is short, silly, and dialogue heavy- so, y'know, my usual stuff. I honestly don't know if I'm going to do anything further with it. It could work fairly well as is, but on the other hand (hoof?) it also might be fun to spin it off into some other convoluted disaster. That is, if I don't decide to work on some other new fics. Or maybe even finish the two incomplete actiony fics I have as well. Or if I don't decide to just concentrate on something original for NaNoWriMo in November (which I will probably fail at again, but I digress).
But hey, anything in particular you, my dozens upon dozens of loyal fans, would like to see me work on?

A parody of season 5 episodes undertones and good old fashion exaggerating stuff that is all too awesome when taken out of context? Yes, please!
I would love to see a story that pokes fun at Apple Bloom's habit of dreaming about Diamond Tiara, maybe something based on some of that RariDash from like that first ever actual Rarity and Rainbow Dash focused episode? No idea. So many episodes. Your take on that Diamond Tiara reformation/CMC get buttmarks episode.
Just do your usual magic. Now to go dive into the new story. Freaking did a double-take at seeing a new story from you on my feed. xD
