I have no idea. My writing skill/style is pretty different from the original hat. I might give it a shot but I'll probably start with stuff close to a finish or whatever looks easy enough.
I'm afraid to write anything. I dont want to continue a story, only to have it fall flat and disappoint people.
For me it's like, "you liked halo? Cool. Guess what? You're now the lead story writer. Have fun."

Actually, hat's stories were basically setup with a start point and an idea what he wanted the end to be. Just never had a middle.
Like starting a road trip from Ohio to California. He had the start and end, but the middle wasn't planned for anything other then drive west.

I'm not great with any particular genre. I really like writing with the Slice of Life tag and mixing in the Sad and Dark tag. I'm still working (sorta) on Equestrian Veterans Society, which has all those, but I just haven't figured out how I wanna keep working with the story. I'm also doing stuff for The Curse, which includes the Sex and Comedy tags. I don't really like doing clop stuff. It just never seems to go well. Comedy is pretty fun, so I like that tag.
I guess to answer your question, I'm not great but I like to think my best genre work comes from Slice of Life.
