"Stop," I threw up a frail hand and cut across her frantic 'possibilities', before gently placing it on her cheek, a warm red flush instantly coming to life upon it. "Chrissy, we could have all the proof in the world and that very same world would still believe her. I don't need her to be proven a poisoner, I need her to be on the other side of planet when I get to wherever the hell I do...do you understand?"
She looked at me with an expression torn between anger and sheer concern...for me, for my wellbeing. I knew what her answer would be. Now that I could see how much she loved me I knew she would do nearly anything to help me...and so if I had to be a prick and use it then so be it.
I'd do anything to get away from Celestia.
Anything...even begin an affair with someone I could never love as much as they did me. No...I was too broken, too messed up inside for that. Because no matter how much I hate her, Celestia will always be the one I love. And Chrysalis...
I leaned forward and kissed her gently, hating myself more and more as she moved closer and sighed happily against it.
"Please," I whispered, pulling away and gazing right into her eyes. "Help me."
She looked at me, so eager, so willing to do anything for me for but a bout of affection. It was only due to Celestia's everlasting spell that she couldn't feel what I felt. If she did...
Let's just say that I'd be in this wheelchair for a very long time.
