Book: Discord and the Ponyville Players Dramarama

Buy this book. Seriously, do it right now. I've just bought it myself and I think it's wonderful. Very funny, some excellent Discord'n'Pinkie moments, a really nice reference right at the end and a generally interesting central story. And yes, Discord is very well in character. Also, we get "Princess Twilight's castle" in one paragraph and then, in the very next paragraph, "that hideous monstrosity on the edge of town". Okay, referring to somewhere else -- but was that really coincidental, Ms Berrow, hmm? We're back to standard paperbacks now, incidentally, though the standees haven't returned. Still the best chapter book of the lot. ★★★★★

3263877 PresentPerfect has "vs" reviews for most of them if you hunt about in his blogs. They do vary a lot in quality, though -- I was underwhelmed by the Fluttershy one, for example.
