It was a video of a man performing what is known over here in Britain as an 'Uncle Bob' on his ex-wife. What is an 'Uncle Bob', you ask?

He ties up his ex-wife, uses a special type of clamp to force her mouth open, and he literally shits into her mouth, and duct-tapes it up so she cannot spit or puke it back out. She is forced to swallow his feces or else choke to death on it.

Picture that scene; a woman tied up and bound in her own bathroom, crying and begging to be let free, and her former husband, for whatever reason, does to her what I described to you, and videotapes the whole ordeal.
