So, I started a group for my alternate universe series, Rainbow is Magic, so anyone interested in joining and adding stories to this universe are welcome to do so. 
I decided to post a short look at my planned stories down the line, which may be expanded upon or changed depending on the future. Stories currently in progress or completed at the time of writing will not be included. I shall also keep the description brief and spoiler free. Entries that have (Spoiler) in the title are not part of the actual title, but hiding potential spoilers in the title.
Season One
Grand Heist on the Friendship Express (if you can think of a better title let me know, particularly since its kinda spoilery): Rainbow Dash and Applejack are asked by rarity to assist the local bakers on their way to a cooking competition.
(Spoiler) vs Mare Do Well: A mysterious masked superhero appears in ponyville to protect the innocent, as equestria's premier master criminal is driven by jealousy to destroy her. May or may not include elements of The Ticketmaster, still undecided.
Dodge Junction: Rainbow Dash must help Zecora and Trixie find out what happened to a missing train shipment, going to the city of Dodge Junction to do so.
Who Is (Spoiler)?: Rainbow Dash and her friends go to the Grand Galloping Gala.
Season 2/ potential season 3
Discorderly Business (working Title): Discord is freed from his stone prison to wreck havoc upon the world.
Canterlot Wedding: The Mane Six are invited to a wedding in canterlot, while an unheard of enemy plots.
Crystal Empire: Princess Cadence must confront her nightmares by visiting a city previously heard only through myth.
Equestria Games: With the Crystal Empire's main city returned, it has been chosen to host this year's Equestria Games. Sponsored by Iron Will Industries.
Grand Finale: Sunset Shimmer returns, ushering in the return of the most powerful villain in Equestria.
Miscellaneous (basically, stories that could fit any season without a problem)
Pinkamena's Family Reunion: Pinkamena's dad comes to ponyville selling practical jokes, much to Pinkamena's annoyance and anger.
Running of the Apple Leaves: Rotten Bad Apple escapes prison to get his revenge, with the help of his entire clan, while Ponyville hosts the running of the leaves.
Alicorn Amulet: The CMC try to convince Scootaloo to be their friend instead of Silver Spoon's, and soon afterwards the filly finds an artifact that convinces her it can solve all her problems...
Hang 'em High: Rainbow Dash and her friends help investigate a frontier town being plagued by an undead spirit.
Wonderbolts Academy: Rarity is invited to train at the Wonderbolts Academy, only to find that the invitation was a scam.
The Beast of the Everfree: Rainbow is warned of a terrifying monster that hides within the Everfree Forest.
Showtime!: A stage magician comes to Equestria and to everypony's surprise, Rainbow Dash wants to help her out!
Nightmare Night: Princess Luna decides to participate in her first Nightmare Night, Pinkamena rather ignore the holiday altogether, and the Headless Horse decides to attend.
Possible Stories (Stories I am thinking about doing, but am unsure of currently)
Inventor's Competition: Rarity and the Flim Flam brothers compete against each other in a contest hosted by Iron Will Industries.
Crossover: Rainbow Dash find herself in a very different but still familiar Equestria, only to find there may be more at stake than she first thought....
Mr. Pool: Pinkamena has hired a crew to bulldoze through a portion of the Everfree Forest so she can make herself a second farm, however Fluttershy doesn't want her to harm any animals in the forest and Twilight thinks it doesn't make sense to try and make a second farm so far away from Pinkamena's home. Not to mention that, occasionally, Pinkamena will say or do something strangely, and then there's the identity of her unseen contractor, Mr. Pool.
Paraspite: Pinkamena got rid of aninvestation of Parasprites before they got too out of hand, but now the creatures have come back, but looks different, sporting a darker look, sharp teeth and a malicious dispotition, these 'paraspites' may be even more troublesome than their counterparts....
National Pranking Day: It's National Pranking Day and everypony is excited (well, mostly Fluttershy)! However, Pinkamena's Sister, Limestone (now going by the name Prankie) has come to town to celebrate in her own way: via judicious abuse of Poison Joke! With everypony suffering Prankie's cruel transformative hijinks, its up to Pinkamena and Fluttershy to save the day!
The Moonstone: Rarity and Twilight come across the oceanic city of the seaponies, who act as the royal guard's Aquatic Warfare division, and must help retrieve the lost treasure called the Moonstone before a vicious pirate, Squirk, takes it for himself.
Rainbow of Darkness: a band of villains old and new team up to defeat the Bearers of the Elements of Harmony by using an artifact said to be the dark mirror of the Elements themselves: the Rainbow of Darkness.
Have to say a lot of thosee ideas sound pretty interesting. I might consider joining the group and contributing a story for your AU.

A lot of them do sound interesting, but the ones I'd really like to see (other than the crossover story since we already talked about that) are:

Alicorn Amulet. (Funnily enough regarding this one, I just read a story a few days ago where the main CMC discover the Alicorn Amulet, and Scootaloo ends up constantly using it in order to fly well)

3350930 I'd say the Amulet one would be a season 2 episode, the Academy and Family Reunion ones would be season 3 episodes, and the Mr. Pool one would be a late season 1 episode.

3400417 For writing stories: Well, I would, but I not only haven't written pony stories in a few years, the few that I have tried ended up not being very good.
Plus, I have this thing where I'm able to come up with story concepts and moments, but I always draw a blank whenever I try to actually expand on them most of the time.

Wow. I can't wait to read what you have planned for Zecora, Trixie, and Scootaloo. I also hope to read more about how other ponies changed in this universe (like you did with Blueblood and Shining Armor)...Cheerilee, Vinyl and Octavia maybe?
3479103 I actually started a Spectrum one-shot abotu trixie and zecora and shining armour...but its on my old ahrd drive so its one of the stories I gotta wait to get back before I can continue on it. I did have an idea for one involving Vinyl and Octavia, but that may eb a while still (even though it was planned to be the first one of the lot). still, glad you are excited for a couple stories at least :3 sorry if the series isn't quite going the diretion you like...
Ooh, these all sound really interesting! I like the episode format you have for each of these stories too. If only I had the time, resources, and skill to do a whole animated series of your AU... XP
Anyway...um...is the group open to join? If so, I'll try joining....wouldn't mind trying to help write some of these if you would like.
And let me think...these were the ones that sounded the most interesting to me (some of which I think at this time you already have written or at least started):
I love all of them; these are just my favourites if I had to narrow them down a little (which I'm terrible at because I want to pick all of them, just like I want to say every pony is my favourite XD)
And for a less "spoiler-y" name for "Grand Heist on the Friendship Express"...um...I know you already have it written out, but..."Holdup on the Friendship Express"? I don't know if that's reflective of the episode's content but that was the first thing that came to mind.
