    The Arrowverse

To all you DC Comics fans out there, I’m sure you at least heard of the Arrowverse, a superhero media franchise that began with “Arrow” (starring Oliver Queen / the Green Arrow), before including “The Flash “, “Supergirl”, and more. I think it was a great and compelling journey alongside these heroes and their struggles not only against the villains but also the juggling of their lives, their

    Question regarding Horcruxes

JK Rowling imagined a vile concept for Voldemort, the main antagonist of her series, Harry Potter, as a means for him to achieve what he believed to be immortality due to his pathological fear of death - The Horcrux.

    Question

I have a question, and I would like to say, I ask this for clarification and intend no offense whatsoever.

In regards to the Singular They, which is typically used by people who identify as Non-Binary or otherwise, what word is acceptable in a sentence regarding an individual who goes by the Singular They?

'They are enjoying themselves' or 'They are enjoying themself'?

    A Weird Thing just happened...

Okay, so I'm on my computer, reading, when I hear a loud "POP/BOOM" sound in my house. I go to check it out... and I find out my two-liter of Cola just exploded in my pantry cupboard!

    I have no idea why!

I recently bought it, it wasn't shook, it was at room temp, I cannot, for the life of me, understand why this bottle of pop just popped!

Alicorn legend I just made up · 10:31pm May 8th, 2015

Ages ago, long before the very existence of the three pony tribes, there was only one kind of pony.

The Alicorns, powerful, majestic, wise, living a cultured and advanced society. Like any civilization, they had trialed and error'd, made mistakes, some minor, other significant, until they had reached a level of enlightenment that helped them develop as a race, as a society, and simply as living beings.

They used their magnificent mystical powers and technology to build a shining and glorious metropolis that was unequaled by none before it or since.

Alas, as with all things did their time come to an end.

To this day, nopony knows what exactly happened to the alicorns that urged them to take the extreme that they did. some say they were struck by a virulent plague, others that they barely survived a horrific war, or perhaps they had waited out a terrible storm that destroyed many of their kin and had brought ruin upon their home.

Nopony knows, but whatever cataclysm it was that scarred the alicorns it left them on the brink of extinction.

They quickly realized they would not be able to repopulate, that the next generations would die too quickly and the alicorn race would cease to exist.

One alicorn voiced a solution that was mad yet brilliant! The alicorns debated upon this solution, whether or not it was right, if it was the best solution, but then it became clear it could be the only solution.

And so it was, the remaining alicorns cast a spell that split each alicorn into three bodies, one bearing the alicorn's horn, the second bearing the wings, the third having neither but with a strength the others did not have.

These three new pony races were confused and unsure, for they did not remember their past selves as alicorns, and so went their ways.

Thus the alicorns were forgotten, their ruined city crumbled to dust that scattered to the winds, and very few artifacts of their glorious society were ever found.

But although the alicorns themselves no longer existed, their legacy lived on in their split selves and their descendants. The horned ponies became the Unicorns, scholars, magicians, patrons of the arts. The winged ponies were the Pegasi, warriors brave, custodians of the clouds. And the ponies that had neither horns or wings discovered a connection to the earth beneath their hooves and so called themselves Earth Ponies, caretakers of the crops, honest workers, and strong protectors when needs be.

It would be thousands of years before the alicorns, who had been lost, would be found again, but regardless their legacy lives on through their little ponies, who strive for friendship and harmony every day, and that it something to be proud of.

What'cha think? Kinda corny i suppose but the idea of alicorns splitting into the three pony tribes was an idea I just had to flesh out!

wow, that actually makes sense when you think about how one pony can obtain alicorn hood, like twilight and midnight, cadence, and so many others that have yet to be spoken of in canon

Remind me. Why aren't you a writer for the show again? This stuff is amazing.

I love it!!!!:pinkiehappy:can't wait for the story!!!

3056061 It's just an idea, too busy with other stories to get into this, sorry:twilightsheepish:
