Lovestruck Next Chapter Preview #2 (In Script Form)

SPOILERS ABOUND.

Minuette: Just gotta breathe... Just gotta breathe...

Lovey watches as Minuette begins to walk down the hall, towards the exit of the hotel. Lovey teleports in front of her and appears before her, causing Minuette to jump.

Lovey: And just where do you think you're going?

Minuette: Who are you? What are you doing here? I don't remember seeing you... Are you one of Tavi's friends?

Lovey: Nope. I'm just a wedding crasher and enthusiast. So, looks like you're making a run for it, huh?

Minuette: Wha-- No, I'm just... I'm just going to get some air.

Lovey: You know, the funny thing about air is it's practically everywhere. Now, the quality of air is an issue in some places, but for this instance, it seems like there's tons of it around you and me right now. So why don't you tell me where you're really going?

Minuette: Why do you care? I don't even know you!

Lovey: Name's Lovestruck. Friends call me Lovey, so I suggest you call me Lovestruck since we're not friends.

Minuette: OK...

Lovey: Anyway, I get that you're nervous about getting married; it's a pretty big step in a relationship. I mean, I bet you're worried about how it's going to last and if it's gonna be worth it or not.

Minuette: Actually--

Lovey: And then you're probably wondering about how the wedding itself is gonna go. Is everypony having a good time? Is the food good? Is anything weird going on right now?

Minuette: Lovestruck--

Lovey: And is anything going to be good after marriage? Like, is the foreplay gonna be good or what?

Minuette: Lovestruck!

Lovey: What?

Minuette: That's not what I'm worried about!

Lovey: Oh? What is it?

Minuette: It's just... My mom isn't at the wedding.

Lovey: ...Oh. Uh...

Minuette: Yeah... I mean, she was never OK with... with me being the way I am, and she was so upset when she found out about me getting married...

Lovey: Yeah, um, about that--

Minuette: And she's always been like that, too. She was raised like that, and it's kinda the reason my parents split.

Lovey: Oh, dear.

Minuette: And I still sent her an invite, even though I knew it wouldn't mean anything to her.

Lovey: Uh, Minuette...? I don't know how to say this but... Your mom's here.

Minuette: What?! She's here?!

Lovey: Yeah, the clerk mentioned it earlier when my fr-- Well, he's more of an acquaintance, but when he was trying to get a room the clerk said that his room had been taken by the parents of the bride, who I'm guessing is you, and since they were split up the last room was given to her instead. So, your mom is here.

Minuette: Oh, God, I can't believe she's here...

Lovey: That's a good thing, right? Her being here?

Minuette: Probably... Probably not. She might make a scene... Might being a very big possibility.

Lovey: Oh, I understand the feeling... Look, uh, do you want me to make sure that everything's going alright? I know we don't know each other that well, but it's kinda my job to deal with this sort of thing.

Minuette: I don't know... I don't even know you.

Lovey: I'll do it for free.

Minuette: You're hired.

SHENANIGANS ABOUND. Seriously, this might be a two parter... Maybe a three parter. This is going to be the Neighgra Falls Arc, where Lovey basically just crashes a wedding while Cherry tags along because FREE FOOD. Expect sass and hilarity from Cherry, guys.

Cherry is literally Mark Cohen and it is hilarious... Would that make Lovey Joanne?
