For anyone wanting to know where this came from, it's a parody of Multiversity: ULTRA Comics, written by Grant Morrison as a part of his Multiversity miniseries. The basic idea is of a comic book that IS a superhero. And when you read it, you help Ultra Comics defeat the enemies of all that is good and right. It's massively metatextual (and even self-aware of its metatextuality, and how played out it can be). And it's glorious.
It's not my favorite installment of Multiversity - that will always be the Captain Marvel one-shot (that's DC's Captain Marvel, who is now called Shazam, because reasons). But I still like what Morrison did with this concept. And I like what this fanfic author did with this fic.

Already did, already said my piece on that matter. It is a fun piece of metafiction.
