A few things I want to say · 9:54pm Apr 7th, 2015
First off, the season five premiere of MLP was fantastic! I seriously wasn't expecting it to be nearly as dark as it was (especially since it was basically an episode about not joining a cult), but it was still really well written and executed. And I seriously hope to see more of those introduced ponies in the future (especially Party Favor, who seems to be Pinkie Pie's new pairing choice).
Speaking of which, I just wrote a Pinkie one-shot! It's called Not What You Think, and I can't really link it due to the rating (I'm still not sure what the rules of that sort of thing are around here in regards to linking stuff). Just know that it's funny, and a lot of people seem to enjoy it.

I am going to Midwest Brony Con!
That's right! I've been chatting with my good buddy and editor Zyrian, who convinced me to join him and some friends to go to this con next month in Kansas City! This will actually be the first Brony convention I've ever been to (and the first con I've attended since Anime St. Louis in 2012), so I expect to have a lot of fun as a newcomer! I hope to see a lot of fun faces, and maybe get drunk and do something stupid.

It was an interesting episode. wasnt expecting ponies of the corn but still. I really liked the new characters like Night glider and party favor. Party Favors crazy eye moment has become a meme already...
