Here is a party for a few of my pony friends… in celebration of a Trixieverse milestone.
1,000,000 words
Adorable Monsters is not quite finished (the ponies need to blow off a bit of steam first as is traditional for Trixieverse books) and there is room for another (not right away! I have Bronycon to do and will enjoy a rest after that!) but with this chapter, 'Accept The Magic', we have completed one million words of continuing, propulsive narrative. Woohoo!
Please spread the word of this delightful madness so the million words aren't wasted 
I wonder what other pony writers have managed that, apart from SS&E? And I mean ponyfic only, ideally a single connecting story or 'verse' (otherwise I'd have passed that milestone long ago)
In other news, we've got the Snowball Madness Minecraft server up and running. I've even begun posting it to r/mcservers, greeted by the traditional 'other server posters downvoting you'. Me and the Trixieverse Builds crew have been talking about making more videos, most likely on this modded server because the mayhem that can ensue is much crazier than normal Minecraft can provide. It's open to the public, and we're still playing on our home server too, especially on Saturday evenings. I'm looking to get less awful internet here so I can support this sort of thing more easily.
The idea of the bunnies following Gilda into town came from ShadowedSong on that very server (whom you can meet, if all goes well, in Quills and Sofas at Bronycon: we are bringing that room back for the third straight year, as the best writer/creator/pony cafe ever!) so you can not only get previews of what might be in store, you can influence one of the fandom's Long Runners.
I'll be finishing up Adorable Monsters with a bunch of ponies making unexpected, ah, connections… next week

Whoa. That is a hell of a milestone for a pony series. That's about as many words as I read a couple weeks ago during my fic binge. lol;
You are pretty awesomely dedicated. If only the rest of fimfic had so much as a fifth of that dedication to their stories. xD
