Some Exciting News! · 5:07pm Mar 8th, 2015
So, I have a few things to announce in this blog post and all of them are big for TAOAT(in my humblest opinion)!
About a week and a half ago, I posted an idea in the Displaced forum. I suggested that we, as a group, get together for a massive battle. Less than a day later one of the admins agreed that it was a great idea. Some of you may know of the Death Battles from Screw Attack, and that's where I got my original idea for it. Seems like the Admin had the same thought cause the Displaced group is proud to announce the 'Displaced Death Battles!' It's going to be a mass collaboration between about 10 different authors. The pr-elimination rounds have already ended and I'm happy to announce that Robin has made it through (just barely). Robin was scheduled to fight Dr. Doom from Architect of Realities' story Power Ponies and Doom. I'll be working with him on writing the fight scene, but their fight is further down the list compared to the other matches. It may be some time until it's uploaded, but I'll post a link when it's ready!
Crossovers are a big thing in the Displaced Multiverse and Robin is jumping on the bandwagon. Right now there are two crossovers that are a definite and it's with Flutters Is Shy's story Applegate and Shinigamisparda's story For Glory! For Equus! For Epicness!
The crossover with Gilgamesh won't be for some time, but me and Flutters have already started working on the crossover. So far we have about 20,000 words written and I estimate we can get it to at least 30,000. Unlike other crossovers, we'll both be doing chapters from our character's perspectives. Challenging, but extremely rewarding.
With all these changes, The Awakening of a Tactician is taking a step in the right direction. I hope you guys stick around to see what shenanigans Robin will find himself in. You guys can help this story grow by giving it a thumbs up!

In all honestly, I'd try to break up that huge crossover into parts, just 20,000 plus words for a single chapter is rather offputting.
