There's always that one chapter that decides to be a stubborn, pain in the plot for no good reason and slow everything to a crawl, and unfortunately for my productivity, that chapter happened to be the one that I started working on right after my last blog post. Although, in truth, that wasn't the only reason I was delayed in my update post. The month of February is an emotionally trying time for me personally, and no, it isn't just because I spent Hearts and Hooves day by myself. You'd think that a few years would be enough time for a scar to heal, wouldn't it? Yeesh.
Oh, and LCS hasn't been helping my productivity either... Curse you, Rito!
However, far be it from me to come to you all without any good news, so here it is! Firstly, story production is back into full swing! I'm almost finished with that pesky chapter that was giving me problems, and if I can keep from getting sidetracked, I have a decent idea of what I'd like to do for most of the rest of the story, though those are always subject to change without notice. Secondly, the cover art is coming along splendidly, and I can hardly wait to share it with you all. The line work should be done in the next day or two, and after that, I'd would guess maybe a week or two depending on the artist's schedule before I have the finished product.
That's all this time, folks. Here's to hoping I don't get knocked off my feet again, but even if I do, I'll be back. I'm too excited for this story to give it up!

I did too... sometimes I feel being gay is more challenging, but I also think either way I'd probably be spending it alone given my stubbornness and what I look for in a romantic relationship (most would find what I wanting one insanely silly or crazy)

You're not the only one who spent that day alone, but it's been 10 years for me.
I know what you mean about stubborn chapters, I ended up cancelling two of my stories because I couldn't get them to work... but I know that won't happen with a writer of your calibre.
I kinda spent H&H by myself.... I mean I"m not in a relationship, but I like to fill that gap with lots of awesome friends! For instance instead of thinking about being alone on Valentines, I did a writing contest with a bunch of people ^_^
But I feel you with that blasted Rito comment... it's sucking my life away and I can't even be mad about it! Arrgghh!
