Ending February With a Bang! · 2:24pm Feb 20th, 2015
February is drawing to a close and I wanted to give everyone a heads-up on my plans for the immediate future. I think you're all going to be pretty thrilled. For new readers: Danger, some slight spoilers below.
To end February with a bang we'll have two chapters next week. Instead of my usual Monday / Thursday release I'll be doing them on Monday and Friday (there is a reason for that).
The first is already set up and obviously revolves around Silent Knight's secret work for Princess Luna. I'm pretty pleased with how it came out and will help set things up as we near chapter 50. I'm planning to do something special for that milestone.
Later in the week I'll release my Hearts and Hooves chapter. I don't want to say much other than that it is going to answer some questions. The curtain will come back just a bit more.
Then we're in March and for Memoirs that is going to be huge. March is going to be a big month and that is all I'll say for now.
Wednesday next week is going to be a pretty big day for me outside of Memoirs. I wrote a side story, Three of Hearts, to the Memoirs universe in January and have been refining it ever since. It is a 10 chapter non-serial that features Sunny Day, a new OC (who has already had a Memoirs cameo), and Soarin. It also crosses over with Memoirs.
Despite the crossover this is a completely different kind of story. To be honest, I've never written one like it before. Hopefully you'll all enjoy it. Chapter 1 will go up Wednesday and I'll release roughly one chapter a week. That may occasionally be delayed, however, because it contains Memoirs spoilers.
I'll send out a note on Wednesday when I post it. The story starts roughly during Memoirs Chapter 40.
