Story Update Plans! · 5:34pm Feb 18th, 2015
Several things about how I update stories are about to change, in part, in response to follower demand.
What won't change: there will still be a TSJ update in a couple of days, and the usual OHC update this weekend. However, after that, stuff will be slightly different.
0) First and foremost, I'm going to be adopting a rotating update schedule for ongoing works, via priority queue. This means I'll probably need to change OHC to "updates frequently" rather than confining it to Sundays in particular. It also means I will begin working on a wider variety of projects, which is bad for you if you only want to see one thing I ever do, but good for you if you want to see variety of wuff-thing-dooz.
1) I'm going to be adding some more one-shots to the update schedule as well. So, on occasion, my next update will be a new short story. I have a few of these sitting in development hell at the moment.
2) My libraries are all locked until I have a chance to look through them again and prune and sort and read more things.
3) I'm going to write some reviews of stories that I think are neat, which will help me finish the previous item in this list.
I could use input on one thing, however. Should I separate my upcoming reviews into prurient and non-prurient, as is my initial thought? Or, although much more nebulous, M and not M?
Also, for random trivia, right-click on this completely nonsexual image of a young filly and, um, "open her" (ahem) in a new tab:
Now, notice up there in the tab you just created: static.fimfiction.net has a different favicon than fimfiction.net! I assume it's an older favicon. And yet, I prefer it. Sans-serif initial just doesn't convey "book" to me, I suppose.
