If you ever wanted to know more about me, now's your chance! In addition to a short and alarmingly positive review of my story "Appletheosis," the Royal Canterlot Library has posted a big ol' embarrassing self-inflicted invasion of privacy interview for all to see (as part of a back-to-back double feature with Daetrin's similarly-named but very different story Will they follow up with other similar titles? Who knows!). I was quite happy to discuss the story itself, but it was kind of weird answering questions about my personal life... a good kind of weird, though. I suspect a link will also be posted on Fimfiction's news blog, which is just as exciting in its own right. Woo, me!
I will admit that, if given the chance, I might change my answer to the very last question... I've looked into the matter since, and things are apparently much more positive and encouraging than I realized. These issues are still highly interesting to me, but it's nice to be proven wrong (I also would have talked more about my brother's involvement in the same contest... I feel like I left him out 
).
And on a bolder note, I've decided to do something utterly ridiculous: Whoever reads my interview and finds the most spelling and grammatical errors in the main text of my answers will receive, as a prize, a short story written by me.
Winner picks the premise, theme, and cast of characters. Apart from the usual "no explicit sex or gratuitous gore," anything goes. I'm not comfortable making stories that are derivative of other writer's works... but I suppose we'll see. Just make a copy of the interview in Google Drive, highlight all the errors you can find (and make note of the appropriate correction!) and send me a link via private message. Only inarguable, technical mistakes count. Might want to keep your answers private, to keep others from punking your edits. Winner will be chosen once the RCL posts their next interview on their website.
