As The Solrock Rises, So Does The Lunatone...

My next destination on my Pokemon Journey is the Glittering Cave, because fossils.

Caught a lot of new Pokemon both on Route 9 and in the Glittering Cave, and trounced some Team Flare goons...oh, hey, it's my first encounter with Team Flare! Once I reached the researcher, I chose the Sail Fossil. Returning to the Fossil Lab, I have the Sail Fossil turned into an Amaura!

Now that that's done, it's time to move on. Past Ambrette Town, Route 8 continues up the coast. Passing through the Aquarium, I receive an Old Rod! Yay, now I can catch all the lamest water type Pokemon!

Next time: Route 8 continued, and onward to the second gym!
