One Stormy Night was a series of Japanese children's books about a wolf and a goat who meet by chance during a storm and form a friendship. While it did well, it was never the height of popularity, and while an animated movie was made of the story, it was never distributed outside of Japan. That is until a dedicated group of fans, acting with the permission of the studio, recorded and produced their own dub of the movie which they then distributed across the internet on Youtube, making it into a cult hit.

My friend recommended this movie to me, so now I pass along the gift.
