So, to whoever read my previous blog post I said I'll be working on an Assassin's Creed crossover story, and yes I am still working on it, eh.

2582043 Well, for me I'll be sticking close to the show's canon, and so far there's no guns, eh. There's a reason why she's wearing that sort of uniform, but not because of guns or anything like that, eh.
2582052 It has to do with massive budget cuts, and an Officer requisitioning simple green garbed uniforms, and a cheap steel helmet for their Guards, eh. It seems to be the cheaper alternative than requisitioning the expensive, magically enchanted gold plated iron armor, eh.
2582061 The reason there's a budget cut is that there's not enough gold for the growing economy, and the bugdet was cut to pay for other expenses in Equestria. Although an Officer suggested to raise a new Royal Guard Regiment to secure gold mines in the southern frontier, but Celestia is against in raising the amount of Guards. Although the Officer did manage to convince her to allow him to raise a new Guard Regiment, Celestia is not pleased with the whole ordeal. She gave him a date when the regiment should be raise and ready to be deployed, but the amount of time is months too short to accomplish such a thing. If he cannot raise the regiment in the amount of time given then he has to cease his actions.
He quickly assembles a small group of Officers, and desperately recruits any stallion for his regiment he wishes to raise, but Fluttershy was somehow dragged into the whole mess... and the Requisition Officer who ordered the cheaper uniforms is informed that they expect no trouble in the Southern Frontier, and used what little bits the newly formed Regiment had in their dwindling budget.
