I'm serious. Do. Not. Read. At least not after I start talking about it, a few other things to say first.

First of all, I didn't manage to write anything new for princess and the foals. Things got out of hand and things just didn't work for me to do it. I will try again tomorrow and hope that things go better.

Second, I didn't get to say this yet, but Ive given two of the past gen ponies a chance. On Monday, after learning I could loosen my budgeting a little and purchased the princess promenade and twinkle wish adventure.

My over all opinions of the two movies and, for what I know of them, those two generations: they're not too bad. I still prefer gen 4, but these weren't so bad. True, I probably won't be likely to watch the princess promenade again, but I might watch twinkle wish adventure again. If anything, it gave me some insight for a possible Fic sometime in the future.

Thanks to a link to a download someone provided in their blog I have now watched the movie. My overall opinion: it was pretty good. I didn't get as much out of it as I expected, but that was probably because of how I watched it (a recording from within the cinema, recorded from a side seat).

Now, many say the twilight bit at the end was the big shocker, and while I will agree it as very smart and interesting for them to do that, those were not the two things that surprised me. The first to surprise me, because it was a little less out of the blue and didn't take me off guard so much, was how sunset got her pony ears and hair tail.

The second, the one that made me stop and rewind that bit and watch it again to see if I had misheard and seen as Octavia. SHE SPOKE! I cannot tell you how much that threw me for a loop.

Though, knowing hasbro, that was just like Lyra speaking in the season 2 finale. Happens once, then never kiting by the show again.

Also, this makes me happy, because it gives me an option for something in one of my fics, a small time for one of the characters to stay within chs world to calm down. Won't tell you who or which Fic. You'll just have to wait for hen that happens.
