Alright, so who is the unicorn and what do they look like?

BUCKY! "Captain Bucky O Hare!" He's a tan unicorn with a black mane and tail. Lack of a 1st world country has made it both his mane and tail long. Various bad stuff has slowly given him battle damage and symbolically made him look like Sombra. He's missing his left eye and has stuck an emerald in the socket. His right eye is gray/silverish. His right fore-hoof is missing. Not the whole leg, just the hoof. His hind legs have a big bite taken out of them. (He walks funny.) His horn was damaged off and he replaced it with a magical glass horn that looks like Sombra's. He has fangs.
Stupid is far more simple. He's a changeling... nothing else really to it. could put some bandages on him to make it clear he gets hurt a lot but it's not needed.
Alternatively you could just draw cute little tan unicorn next to a cute little changeling to reflect how completely silly this crossover is. It's up to you and what you're up for.
