Question about Po-ni-oh! · 3:43am Sep 20th, 2014

Hey there dueling fans, F1 here. I wanted to get your opinion on something. Which would be better? To complete the tournament then continue the story or interrupt the tournament and complete it later in the story? I can go either way with the story, but I'd like your opinion

Depends on how important the tournament is to the narrative.

Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's entire 3rd season pretty much revolved around a dueling tournament, as did the later half of Season 1.

Not to mention, the original Yu-Gi-Oh!'s entire first season is known as the Duelist Kingdom arc and the second and third seasons, the Battle City arcs.

2468655 The tournament will help setup the story, but i was concern that it might make the story too long.:twilightsheepish:

i can deal with it either way really,

Perhaps through the semi final match. Then beat the bad guy and continue for the final round.
But your choice.

What about having both resolve at once? The endgame being in the final round of the Tournament?
