Still With you! · 6:57am Sep 15th, 2014
My work schedule changed, so that's why I've been so bad about posting any new blogs. I finally have a few days to myself, so I wanted to let you all know, I'm still here. And don't worry, even though my job has me delayed, I'm not going anywhere. I love writing these stories and interacting with all of you wonderful fans, friends and readers!
Now as time and my muse allows, I've been working on drafting updates. I've made great progress on chapter 8 of Celestia's story, over 9,000 words drafted, nearly done with that one. Luna's story is over 7,000 words drafted and is nearing completion, just been having some issues getting connected with this story. And I've made a great start for chapter 4 of Twilight's story, with a little over 600 words drafted and a strong inspiration and loads of good ideas fueling me along the way. So, despite the lack of updates, I am still writing and getting there.
You all still have my thanks for your patience and continued support. I wouldn't be where I am without you.
Well, it's late and I should get some sleep. Take care and till next time! And since it's gotten cooler out where I live, I found a pic that not only fits the cooler temps but the time of year from Twilight's story "For Whom She Sparkles". Enjoy!

Now that's winter beauty.
Have you been reading my "Short Shorts"; I have loads more of them, now!
It looks like "your" absence has really taken its toll on Twilight. 1.bp.blogspot.com/-vJiONoM--2I/U3whsHKh3AI/AAAAAAAA290/3r6mZKMZORQ/s1600/be_real_by_mewball-d7j4ife.png
Never doubted you for a minute.
Woo!

I sure thought so! And I like your avatar, Megan and Wind Whistler from G1. I think I even recognize the episode that screen cap is from.

I've read some, just haven't had the time like I used to. But now that I'm back into the swing of things, I'll give a look and see which ones pique my interest.

On the contrary. As of right now, chapter 4 of Twilight's story is now at over 3200 words! I had a prosperous day!

Thank you and I'm happy to say I made some great progress today!

2458871 I did not know you even knew who they were Jaydex! If you want to see Megan in action again then My story Echos of dream Valley might be worth it to you. She plays a very large role in it, and thank you very much my friend.
Awesome! I should say, there are a few nasty ones in there that bash on alternate versions of Celestia, and some of the stupider story ideas out there that make me grind my teeth. Arrggh! You should also check out my other one, "The Archives of Equusweyr" featuring my Alicorn OC, the Prince.
He's NOT a silly red and black Alicorn.
He's over 700 years old, formerly a human High Templar who turned himself into an Alicorn through science. He was going for a Unicorn form, but something went wrong and some pegasus DNA got thrown into the mix. Other things went wrong, and instead of a powerful fully grown body, the Prince ended up with a weak, frail body barely larger than a foal. He possesses power unfathomable... yet he could be physically beaten by the most average of unicorns. Even worse, doing anything physical at all is exhausting for him; he rests upon a Golden Throne inside his home - a decommissioned Protoss Nexus called Equusweyr - tended by his pseudo-alicorn caretakers, the Hoofmaidens, and watched over by his Templar Guard, psionically and cybernetically altered super-unicorn soldiers - as he watches over his City in the Everfree Forest, the Everfree Princedom, waking only when he rarely speaks, or when things must be done by His Hoof Alone; he's like the God-Emperor in a way. Somehow, Celestia has it in her head that he and his city are a threat to her own Principality--but that's not true at all. He cares only for his own people and is content to stay right where he is. She doesn't see it that way, though.
On top of that, a certain purple Alicorn keeps hassling him for his knowledge...
... and a certain midnight Alicorn keeps wanting to mother him for some reason...
Oh, dear.
Phew I was worried there for a minute.
I'd post a pic here but I have a hard time doing it with an iPhone.
2458871 Really? That's great!
You have resurfaced!
Awaiting the next chapters for Celly and Luna (whatever nicknames for her I either can't think of or don't particularly like) but still haven't gotten to Sparkles yet.
Nor I without... well I would just be repeating the same things I believe I've said before, but surely you know what I'm saying anyway.
That picture I recognise as the cover art of The Strongest Kind of Magic, another story that's second person but not human/pony I don't think.
If you read to this point, I must ask that you don't keep concerning yourself with how I'm going to feel about your response as that is actually more offensive to me than if you reply with something I do take offensively to.
