Well, I'm back.
Forgive me long and unexplained absence. These past few months have been nothing short of hectic and exhausting, not at all conducive to the goals which I've set for myself and for this story. I've been exhausted, mentally and physically, but I'm committed still to my promise: that you should read only my best. Life is making this an increasingly difficult task, but that's to be expected.
As some of you have probably guessed, we're arriving at a particularly important junction in the story. We've taken an interesting turn, one which will only add to Twilight's little adventure. Thus, I am writing not one completely inhabited and fleshed out storyline, but two, each with their own particular nuances, characters, events, and homages to the other. I have been in work over this story every day since its inception. I mull over things constantly, and very rarely do I find myself not drifting back to the story, its trajectory, the characters yet-to-be introduced, those who've already been established, the trials they'll face, the lines they'll cross... Never an idle moment. However, this is something you can't know because I, as a consequence of my busy schedule, have been lax in submitting chapters and have slighted you of your reading. Please accept my apologies. My reticence is born of extreme nit-pickiness and a plate too full of things I need to accomplish.
The next chapter is waiting for submission as we speak, sitting calmly in this website waiting for me to push that harrowing little red button. Some final adjustments, and we can pick up where we left off.
