Chapter nineteen is sitting just over four thousand words. I'm aiming at finishing it at between six to eight thousand words. I do apologize for the length of time it's taken to get it done, but The Hatchling hit me in a stroke of inspiration and I had to get that flowing before I could continue with my HiE fic. Having recently recieved something to aid my muse (thanks, Iakovl!) in the form of a Chrysalis plushie (she guards my monitor!), it's definitely helped in getting me into the grove of the story again.
There will be a transitional chapter in The Halfling before I get into the second arc. There are three arcs planned in all, for something in the neighborhood of fifteen chapters when all is said and done. One more major character to introduce and we'll get the second arc rolling! Any questions readers might have in regards to what's up with Chrysalis should be answered.
My Little Chryssie hit 420 likes. I'd smoke a bowl in celebration if I actually partook. I don't.
Foals I'll do a rewrite, as it was unedited to begin with. I also plan to start on the first chapter and leave what's up there as a prologue (after I do a little fixing to it).
