Btw, a little note about the last story I submitted- It didn't pass. Not related to mlp:fim and I agree, it really isn't. Which is kinda a wonder why I thought that was even a good idea for submission to begin with.

As you can see by this blog post, New Venus's first few chapters are now really close to being done. It's been seven months since I started writing the first proto-chapter in the beginning, 2 story rewrites, and 8 versions since then. We're almost there.

Hey. I have some bad news. Or maybe it also has a little bit of good news... I have a illness in my head and its name is depression. But I finally gave in and talked to my mom about it. I don't know what we're going to do now- probably schedule a visit to a mental hospital or something.
That's just something I wanted to say.

...Hmn. Well, maybe not a mental hospital, I hope...Err, I wish you well Holo and I hope you're doing alright physically. Depression...it sucks. Distraction helps, but I know that some cases require more attention than others. Be careful about taking prescribed medicine...some 'doctors' will prescribe anything, and often it may be worse for you than if they just sat down and talked to you.
Remember these three things.
It IS treatable.
The people are trying to help you.
Medication does work, it just takes the right medication. It may take some time to find the one that works for you.
I'd know. I've been through this process twice already.
i get going to see a doctor, but i don't see why you would need to go to a mental hospital. depression can be bad, but it isn't something that could cause any type of harm to anyone else. still, hope you get the right kind of treatment, whether it be medication or something else.
