Didn't think you'd be seeing that title recently, did you?
I've long put off marking this story as On Hiatus even though I haven't updated/worked on it for over a year. You probably thought I just kinda dropped the story and you were never going to learn what happened to Twilight Sparkle and her new friends Minty, Wysteria, Rainbow Dash, Sunny Daze, and Thistle Whistle, along with the rest of her friends back at home. Would they be able to get the Elements to work, not only to defeat Discord, but also to bring Twilight back home? Heck, Discord was reformed in the time it took to get this written, but just forget about that for now 
Now you can ask these questions no longer! For I have decided that the moment I mark The Happiness and Peace of Mind Committee complete (and maybe after posting a follow up blog) I'm going to set to work finishing my first (and most successful) fanfic! It's almost nostalgic to think about, in a way.
I'm shooting for July to start on Generation again, because I *need* to get Committee done by the end of the month. Besides, I don't want to leave you all hanging any longer!

I just hope my dear mistress isn't completing your fiction because of recent events. I want to see you completing it in due time, and how you planned to finish it, not just rushing the end to get it outta heat.

Ah, don't misunderstand! I've been planning to get it done by the end of the month for awhile now because Committee was the story I wrote for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and since I hit the 50k words mark I get a few free published copies of the story if I get it done and edited in due time!
