I want to create a game for A-kon this weekend which is MLP related. It is going to revolve around the Marzipan Mascarpone Meringue Madness (Or the "MMMM!"). I'm going to make it out of fleece with a rod through the middle which will allow it to be spun during the game challenge. The trick of the game is to get small pong balls with velcro straps onto the cake. The bottom tier if the biggest and has the lowest point value and highest chance of being hit. The middle and top tiers are smaller and have parts of them which are made of non-fleece material and will cause the ball to bounce off if hit. After twenty or thirty seconds, the round is up and the points are totaled
Anypony have any ideas on how to make this more awesome for one of four games to be played during an hour-long Ice-Breaker panel?
Also, for the brony meetup (which I'm sure they MUST have even though the ENTIRE A-kon schedule has not a single MLP panel ANYWHERE!) I want to make a game called "Changeling." I want it to revolve around spliting up into two secret groups where each player knows whether they are a changeling or a pony, but others have to figure it out. There will be a phase of the game where they can use deduction to figure out which players are ponies and which are changelings and then use the last phase of the game to see which team loses more players by being targeted for "combat." I need this one to be more fleshed out. What can you guys recommend?

The changeling game is a lot like mafia or assassin. Looking at those might help with planning.
