Good News, everypony! My friend Jwhoof managed to get the the remaining $540 he needed thanks to my friend Vigilant Watch! I'm so happy it worked out! Vig, you are AMAZING! :D Now, Jwhoof and his grandparents don't have to move out of their home. I'm so happy. ;_;

Details:
We will watch the 2 episodes of the season finale and then play some pony-themed games like Twilight Sparkle’s Secret Shipfic Folder. I am also in the process of creating a custom Tabletop RPG Session where about 6-12 players can play a scenario of ponies vs monsters as they work together to defeat one of the lords of Tartarus (hint: It’s not Tirek. :P ). I’m designing this particular session so that each action can be completed quickly (within 1-2 minutes) allowing more players to play and get into the action. There will be some in-battle roleplaying, but it will be swift to allow for quicker turns between players.
TENTATIVE EXTRA EVENT:
If I get enough interest in the following pre-event, I will confirm that I will arrive significantly earlier to host a unique gaming session for several players IN ADDITION to the later gaming session involving Ponies vs. Monsters with a larger crowd.

Something has twisted both Equestria and human Earth, connecting the two realms together after children have gone missing in both worlds. Powerful, profane magic is leaking into the lives of humans and ponies who have once crossed over into both worlds, leading them back across the barrier to discover the source of the nightmare…
Game Details: We will be using custom-made Warhammer terrain and buildings along with potentially some papercraft as well. Play one of the mane six or human characters as they explore both realms and try to solve the mystery of the missing children and the world bleed.
Time for Pre-Event (If Confirmed): Between 12noon-5pm
Store Info: Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy boasts one of the largest indoor gaming areas for boardgaming in the state of Texas. It opens early and stays open till midnight every single day (save for certain holidays). The staff has been consistently friendly to our MLP group over the course of several meetups over a few years now.
