MAKE WAY. SCHOOL PRINCESS COMING THROUGH.
Annoying classmates. Domineering upperclassmen. Trouble at home that no one can ever, ever know about. Being the Junior Princess of Canterlot High School is far less glamorous than Diamond Tiara would have everyone believe.
With all that she has to deal with in her life, just what sort of person would be distinguished, determined or deluded enough to want to spend time with her?
Well, there is that one transfer student...
This is the start of a miniseries that was written nearly to completion way back when, then shelved after feedback was received, then picked up again after Season 4 really inspired me to get back on the Diamond Tiara & Silver Spoon train and think about them a whole lot. I've dropped hints every so often about how I feel about the two, but with this story you'll get to see it in full action... along with some other background innerworkings people who've followed my other EQG stories have been asking about for months now.
I do wish to extend my thanks to IJAB for providing the adorable cover art and providing valuable advice on the original draft, and nanashi_jones for just as valuable help with the overhauled version. That said, at least one of you are in for some shockers. 
For the record? The code name for this project is simply "Silver." There is a pony-based "Diamond" project. It's a ways off but I'll let y'all know when it's coming.

I'm curious about this one, since I haven't read much EG, nor have I ever actually read a Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon story. This one I should get to this weekend.
Also, I'm curious what you think of Rainbow's voice in my new story. I tried to make her less... smart?
