Prolouge?

I've been pondering the thought of adding a prologue, to give the story a more serious undertone from the rather "peppy" atmosphere the first few chapters give. I'm not sure though, I feel like adding a prologue would subtract from what's already there. What are you're thoughts? Do you guys think I should add a prologue to give more details over what led up to the events in the first chapter or do as I planned and explain them over the course of the story?

Dunno. A bit late into the story. Maybe better to add it later as a sort of small prequell where you go into more detail on the events that led to the events of this story after Crystal Empire episode?

Yeah I was thinking that too. When I first thought of a prologue It was back when it was being criticized for been too much like Feeling Pinkie Mean, I suppose now it has been made clear it's different.
