I just wanted to drop a quick note to everyone following "Twilight Sparkle Investigates". Now that the spring quarter has started at school and I've gotten a good look at my schedule, it turns out that Thursdays are going to be my busiest days with Wednesdays a close second. This means planning to publish new chapters on Thursdays is probably just a bad idea all around, so until further notice I'm bumping my schedule on TSI and new chapters will be appearing on Fridays.
Hopefully one of these weeks I'll develop that fancy trick of having a publication buffer where I don't need to be cranking on a chapter the night I mean to publish it. At that point, the update day may not be a big deal anymore. For the moment, though I like having a bit of leeway like this.
One comment on a publication buffer: Other than the EqD Weekly writing challenge, there is absolutely nothing⁽¹⁾ that I've published that could not have been held back a week for the better. That gives me time to pick over it line-by-line and find things that I could *swear* weren't there before. That still doesn't save me from some of the most brilliant readers who know the differences between remis and remiss, and hangar and hanger, and...
(By the way, I still think there's something in Google Docs that puts in 'the the' when you're not looking, and on occasion a triple-space where you least expect it.)
