well life sucks

this is a small gripe so no one please feel too offended.

anyway, right after i posted my latest fic, Equestria, I Choose You!, i had to go to the RAH (Royal Adelaide Hospital) for an eye check up.

turns out my short-sightedness has gotten worse over the last three years and now i need glasses.]

i won't have to wear them all the time, but at least four full hours a day, seven days a week to get my eyes used to seeing things better (whatever that means)

Safavid to say i am not amused by this at all. I've spent more than a decade after the operation that caused my eyesight to be less than that of an average dude my age and until that examination, everything was fine as far as i could tell. it was only after going through the exams and them making me strain my eyes more than i normally have to that i saw a drastic difference.

come tomorow, everything will look normal again, but since, apareantly, if i don't take care of this now i could be completely blind by the age of forty, i have to go through with this.

i don't like it, but i've got to go through with it, if for any other reason right now than that, if i went blind because of this, i'd never be able to be here on fimfiction again.

Well, now that's off my chest, i'm done on this blog.
