SoarinDash contest

So i'm split on what to do here. So i thought i'd ask for the opinion of my readers.

I'm about to start planning out a SoarinDash story for a group contest. The only requirement for the entry is that it cannot be a story that's already finished (meaning I can't use Head in the Clouds.) I have a few ideas swirling in my head, but i'm curious:

Would you prefer i kept it within the world my stories exist in and have the story take place after Head in the Clouds (so basically a small sequel)? Or would you rather i write an entirely new one that exists apart from my other work?

I have ideas for both, i'm just curious what the readers would like to see. :)

I'm torn, cause I love how all your stories are connected but a fresh take from you on the pairing would be awesome! I think either way you go, you'll do awesome!! Good Luck!! (not that you need it )

haha yeah, my three most recent fics have not quite gotten as much attention as the first two (probably because the first two were Fluttermac then Soarindash)
