Just a thing, with some news and stuff · 2:39pm Feb 26th, 2014
Alright, to the story first, so I don't get yelled at by a mod for tagging a story and then wasting your time.
Focus has switched back to In Search of Knowledge, because Last Hope failed to get featured twice in a row and I'm washing my hands of it and the next chapter is already finished. I just want to say that the working title on this one was In Search of Suddenly Rainbow Dash and that the entire chapter is pretty much just setup for the last scene. The textbook also makes a comeback, but it's painfully apparent that it's pretty much just a plot device, even if it does play a bigger part in this story than showing up in half a chapter. Now, if we go by the outline, there are approximately five chapters, one of which may or may not be written or just included as an afterthought when the thing is all said and done, and the epilogue left, so it is winding down, or winding up for anyone who knows me and my writing style. Yes, there will be a sequel (which sparked this rewrite, for those who have been around and listening to my rambling that long) but I probably won't start work on it right away. So, if you're interested in that, just hang around when ISoK is finished, and I"ll make sure to let you know.
Moving on, if you're only here for ISoK you can leave now.
I"m just going to take a minute to rant about Kansas and it's bullshit weather. Take yesterday, Tuesday, for example. Last Tuesday, it was like 65 degrees and amazing. We had the bay doors open at work, no jackets on, and were just sitting outside in the grass (because we were really slow) and it was fucking amazing.
This Tuesday (yesterday) it fucking snowed, and it's just going to get worse.
And that brings me to another thing. People don't fucking know how to drive normally, but in the snow, oh shit. Better look the fuck out, it kind of flurried earlier, better go twenty fucking miles per hour down the goddamn freeway, which is probably so hot the snow melted before impact anyway. I mean seriously, I've been driving for not even a year, and only in one snowstorm, and I'm pretty sure I can fucking drive in this better than the dumbfucks who have been driving for decades, and living here just as long.
Just had to get that off my chest. Next up, LEPRadio, that youtube channel you might know I have but have never watched.
We're pretty much taking it down, neither quick or myself really have the time or patience to work on it anymore, but it isn't dead. I'm going to sidetrack a bit, so try to keep up. Recently, my group of Dungeons and Dragons kicked back up, so hopefully we'll get back to playing that on a weekly basis or so. To that effect, we're going to be recording our sessions. They probably won't go up on youtube in full, but if we have a really funny session highlights might. What will go up is probably more of a talk-show kind of thing. Sometime after the session, the plan is for quick and myself, with maybe a special guest every once in awhile, and discuss the session and the story and the players and just have a rather good time of it. So you can be looking out for that in the revived From the Desk of the Dungeon Master blog posts.
Last but not least, I lost two followers the last week, and I don't know why, and it makes me sad...
Welp, I'm out of news and shit, time to get back to work. Expect episode review when I get the time to get around to it.

I lose like 3 a week on average here.
Not sure why, maybe by simply existing.

At least I gain them back about the same rate.
Losing them only bothers me in the way of "Why?"

Yeah I'll probably get some more when I update ISoK again, but it still kind of sucks, yknow?
