Cool! I've also entered the contest, though I don't have much prospects for winning.
I haven't read your story yet, but if it's anything like "Blue," I'm pretty sure it will at least make it in the top three.

1874878 In truth, I still don't really know what exactly it was from that story that made it so heartfelt. Maybe the dialogue, maybe the descriptions...
I don't really know, but somehow, it just struck that chord in my heart when I read it.
No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get that element in my sad stories.
