    hi

    Alright.

I've been gone for 59 weeks, according to the timekeeper in the top right corner of my profile page. That's quite a while now.

I have nothing to say, to be honest, other than now that I remember my password, I'm going to be able to get back onto this site a lot more.

    Aren't Neighbors the Best?

My neighborhood is just a lovely place. Can't leave your house at night without imagining those darkened windows concealing the man training his sights on you. Drugs thrive, plenty of busts and not-so-busts, and no one smiles.

Second cloudiest city in America, at that.

    BEAUTIFUL.

The News - Post 4: The Past is Far Behind Us

The future doesn't exist. Bonus credit to you if you get that reference.

So, hi! Been a while, eh? I'm back from my fandom-questioning time period, and I've come out of it with a whole new arsenal of love and tolerance. And The Diary's 6th chapter.

Good God, why did I leave? XD

Humor me for a moment.

So, you're on your computer, and I'm on mine, no? So you have no idea what my face looks like. You don't know the sound of my voice. You don't know my name.
So, lets say someone on the other side of that computer screen was half-dead, with a choking voice and red eyes.

You wouldn't know, would you?

You would still see them as the image in your head made them to be. They'd never change. If they can type, they're no different.

This is something to be afraid of. We don't know who's who. We think we know these people who "claim" to be older than they are, or "claim" to understand what you're talking about when you acknowledge these fears. They'll take advantage of your trust.

And there are more of these people in the world than we know.

...Be cautious.

There's a reason I bring this up. Because to you, that little voice in your head meant to represent mine is still the same. In reality, I can't speak. My hands can.

I'll be honest, you probably shouldn't care. But hey, I can't vocally tell anyone how I feel, so I may as well do the next best thing.

So, onto why I made this post at all, and why it may/may not affect you:

I woke up this morning with a 102 degree fever, and a pounding heart. I could almost feel it coming (my last few days have hinted at incoming sickness), and ow does it hurt.

So, if I'm not on here for the next few days, I'm going to be recovering. My throat is really swollen, so I can't talk, and I'm half-asleep while writing this. I'm not trying to be untrustworthy. Life is just slapping me right now, is all. When I recover, I'll get back to editing for you guys, and I'm going to get The Diary's CH6 up already.

If you've got this too, I'm sorry. I've heard that there are viral bacterial infections going around, so be careful.

That's it.

Gone.

Well... Get well soon, mate. And good luck with whatever that's messing with you... If it's true that you're halfways dead.

This scares me. Like legit scared.

Anyways, get well soon! And don't blink!

Your futile attempt to scare me has has only scratched the surface. Come back when you want to talk like real men.

Hmm... very interesting. However, you forgot to mention one tiny little detail...

It goes both ways.
